Meditation Chimes

Meditation sessions can be enhanced by synchronizing your breath with sounds.

 

Inhale on the soft chime and exhale on the loud chime.

Begin with a frequency at your comfort level and remember to stay relaxed and focused.

Optional: the double and triple chimes heard partway can be signals to switch meditation practices
